AMPlify Your Health – September 5K Walk/Run Meet-Up

Join your fellow AMPs Members for a 5k run/walk. Use this opportunity to AMPlify your health and reconnect with your network in a safe, outdoor setting. The 5k will start at Gravelly Point Park (off of the GW Parkway near DCA airport) and we will go up to the Lyndon Baines Johnson Memorial Grove, then back to Gravelly Point Park – enjoying a mostly flat path and some of the most beautiful views of DC. After the 5k, feel free to stay and socialize with care.
Friends and family members are welcome. Masks required. Parking is free (or 1 mile from Ronald Reagan Airport Metro station).
