Event Technology: Improving Events & Tackling Challenges
Technology can be our best friend or worst enemy, and as planners, we know there’s so much left to learn about what makes event technology deployments successful. Hear from a panel of association planners about their technology journey. The panel will identify the catalyst for change within their organization, how planners got buy-in from key stakeholders, and each organization’s unique challenges and successes as it relates to technology, and how the implementation made the event better for everyone, planners included!
The panel will include individuals who specialize in the following areas: attendee journey tracking throughout the conference, including exhibits, (also known as “beacon” technology or RFID), education engagement tools, including audience response system and presentation tools, mobile app technology, registration, and going digital with your education.
