Crisis Communications: Anticipate & Communicate

The answer ultimately comes down to developing a Communications Plan that includes three things; auditing your vulnerabilities, training your spokespeople, and establishing means of communicating. We’ll answer your burning questions about how to use social media when it really matters. The basic steps of effective crisis communications are not difficult, but they require advance work in order to minimize damage. Learn how to create a Communications Plan for your event and make critical decisions for your organization. Never be caught unprepared again!
